There are e lot of ads about this “magical ” water with lemon, but does this is really too good to be true?

Drinking this lemon water, whether is hot or cold, can keep your metabolism active. Because it is so important of healthy diet to stay hydrated. If you aren’t enjoying in plain water you can add some lemon (or orange) in it to make the flavor better without adding calories.

Drinking this lemon water can also reduce bloating. The lemon water acts as mild, natural diuretic.If you’re experiencing bloating for a long time, it’s better to find out what is the cause of that and try to reduce those habits. Those habits can be: Fast food or eating the food very fast, drinking carbonated beverages with a straw, eating very salted food or consuming food with alcoholic drinks with sugar.

You also don’t want to chug water with lemon religiously if you experience heartburn or acid reflux, as the citrus in the lemon will only exacerbate your symptoms, says Rumsey.
