GRILLED PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE for BREAKFAST

  • 150g (5.3oz) grilled pineapple
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) coconut water
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) orange juice

Way of preparation: Put all the ingredients into a high- powered blender and blend till smooth.
